2) November 16th – Criminal PIL (Mumbai High Court)
3) November 16th – AISPA association PIL (Expected)
Mumbai High Court Decision – Raigarh Case :
Mr. Tarak Bajpai and all other speakasia officials have been granted bail. But still Tarak sir taking treatment in hospital. On November 8 Mumbai High Court confirmed bail to all the accused in Raigarh issue. NOBODY IS UNDER COSTODY.
