Today Times of India published some shocking news, according to them EOW Mumbai will file 2 FIR against Speak Asia’s sister companies i.e; SevenRings International and Admatrix Pvt Ltd.

Friends dont get panic from todays article of Times of India. This all baseless news and we expected one or two more articles like this before 2nd april hearing.. Media is used to do thing like this which we had allready since previously too. So dont panic all is well.

देखा जाये तो एक नहीं दो दो गुड न्यूज़ आज मिली है कल की aispa की खबर जो अशोकजी ने डिटेल में समजा दी है और कुछ देर में ये और एक खबर आ मिली वो भी दारेक्ट दिल से ( कंपनी से)…….
उमीद है अब खबरों का सिलसिला जारी रहेगा…. एक बात गोर करने वाली येः है कितने लोगो ने बाहर का रास्ता चुना? पुरे ७% भी नहीं…… क्या यह तमाचा नहीं है उन लोगो के लिए जिन्होंने जी तोड़ कोशिश की हमारी कंपनी को गलत साबित करने की. आज १० महीनो के बाद जब मैं पीछे मुड़कर देख रहा हु तो मेरा आत्मविस्वास दुगना हो गया है और जी कर रहा चौराहे पर खड़े हो कर छाती थोक कर कहू मै स्पिक एशियन हु…..और इस बात का मुजे गर्व है….

Friends the hearing is now on 15th March but during the proceedings today there were many points which are in our favour. Mr. Khosla has been told in clear cut terms that when the mediation is in process the HC will not decide . Now Mr. Khosla can either take the exit option when available to all or wait till restart for regular payouts. EOW was unable to procuce the order of SC it claimed it will and now has no option but to act according to Notice served on it

Analysis – SAOL deposited 50 Crores in Supreme Court registrar

Greetings to All !!!

Many unauthenticated news and rumours are again floating today… The 50cr which Speakasia had deposited to SC registrar has been kept with them for 91 days…This means that this amount will be with them till 91 days and the interest shall be given to SAOL for 91 days which is great and positive news for our company … Note: Today after calculating the complete pending tax CBDT told SAOL to deposit approx 115cr as pending tax liability in SC and SAOL agreed upon it…To deposit the amount CBDT needs to give an affidavit to SC within 14 days time and SAOL will deposit as soon as the Affidavit comes to SC registrar and will deposit the said amount…Nothing to worry here as all these are legal formalities which are taking place for Business Restart and not for Payments….
Regarding Payments today there was a meeting in New Delhi and as everyone knows it was a closed door meeting the discussion happened regarding the Exit Option…Payouts…and even restart of the business at the earliest. The meeting update is again positive and yet to come…The meeting took place between company’s Management and Lahoti ji and some respected petitioners. Till now i did not get any updates regarding the meeting…will share with all once i get the confirmation
Please maintain patience till then and regarding the website we are expecting a Surprise that is yet to come…Delay is happening regarding the website as the database of all exit people and pop-up are going on for updation in the website…
This is not the complete news…its half news which is very positive and good for all of us.Till then please hold your breathe and stay with a positive attitude as this month will be good for all of us.
