Friends the most disappointing aspect of today’s meeting was Hon’ble Justice R.C. Lahoti’s Ji’s open displeasure against the number of phone calls which he receives from us Speakasians. He has held the position of Chief Justice of India and imagine that a person of such an estimeed position and Strata is bombarded by phone calls from Speakasians. If this continues happening it will go against our interest. I request all of you to put an end to it immidiately . Please do the needful.

Still we didnt got any authenticated news from officials, but there is a good day for all of us as Mr. Lahotiji had listened all things carefully and positively and issued further notices to all departments. Advocate Mr. Rajiv from panelists, Adovocate Mr. abdi from the company and advocate from RBI only present there. No other department officials were present there. So all our advocates very satisfied from todays proceedings and outcome of todays meeting. All other departments got warning notice from Mr. Lahoti.

Mr. Melvin Crasto, President of All India Speakasia Panelist Association (AISPA), has been taken in custody by the EOW officials in Mumbai for interrogation. This comes as a big surprise for all of us. Mr. Melvin will be produced before the Qila court Mumbai, today (25th November) at around 2PM.
 

Speakasians in and around Mumbai are requested to gather and show their support to one of the panelist Mr.Melvin, who has done a great job of pushing information through AISPA website in hours of need.

मुंबई पुलिस की आर्थिक अपराध शाखा का सिप्क एशिया के पनेलिस्ट्स को परेशान करने का एक नया पैंतरा....( वैसे तो ये पैंतरा काफी पुराना है...)

जैसा के सभी जानते है के माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार २१ नवम्बर २०११ को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के माजी न्यायमूर्ति श्री लाहोटी जी के अध्यक्षता में स्पिक एशिया के मामले में एक कमिटी गठित कराइ गयी थी और सभी सरकारी एजन्सिज को अपनी रिपोर्ट श्री लाहोटी जी के सामने २१ नवम्बर २०११ को पेश करनी थी परन्तु किसी कारणवश यह मीटिंग २८ नवम्बर २०११ को दोबारा से तय की गयी.और सबको ये लग ही रहा था के अब ये मीटिंग हर हाल में होकर रहेगी और कम से कम पनेलिस्ट्स के लिए कोई न कोई रहत की खबर जरुर मिलेगी, के तभी अचानक से स्पिक एशिया पनेलिस्ट असोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष श्री मेल्विन क्रेस्तो साहब को कल देर रात को पूछताछ के बहाने मुंबई पुलिस की आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया..... ये ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हुआ है दोस्तों अगर आपको याद हो तो आपको भी ये बात जरुर समझ में आएगी की जब भी स्पिक एशिया का मामला अंतिम चरण में होता है बस उसके २ या ३ दिन पहले कुछ ऐसा होता है के सबको कम से कम १५ से २० दिन के लम्बे इंतज़ार में दिन काटने पड़ते है.....

आखिर कब तक ये सिलसिला ऐसे ही जारी रहेगा और हम स्पिक एशियन कब तक यूँही इंतज़ार करते रहेंगे...? आखिर ये लोग चाहते क्या है..? क्यों इतना परेशान किया जार रहा है..? जब भी कोई positive बात स्पिक एशिया के साथ होती है तो एक भी न्यूज़ चैनल इसके बारमे कभी कुछ नहीं बोलता लेकिन जब भी कोई ऐसी घटना हो जाए जो स्पिक एशिया के खिलाफ हो सारे न्यूज़ चैनल एक साथ भोंकने लगते है... ऐसा क्यों...? आखिर सरकार और सरकारी एजन्सिज चाहती क्या है..? कब तक हम लोगों को यूँही परेशान किया जायेगा.. सारे देश से २० लाख स्पिक एशियन स्पिक एशिया की वापसी की आस लगाये बैठे है.. सबको विश्वास भी है के स्पिक एशिया जरुर वापस आएगी... लेकिन सरकारी एजंसिस के रवय्ये से तो ऐसा लग रहा है के वे नहीं चाहते के स्पिक एशिया लौटे क्यों के स्पिक एशिया के लौटने से उनको कोई फायदा नहीं है..इसलिए तो ये लोग हमारे साथ ऐसा गन्दा खेल खेल रहे है. आज ये बात तो साबित हो चुकी है की भारतमे ब्र्हष्ठाचार कितनी गहराई तक है और उसका उदहारण हम सभी को देखने को मिल ही रहा है..

एक और बात मई आप सभी के निर्देश में लाने की कोशिश करना चाहता हूँ वो ये है के २० अगस्त २०११ को स्पिक एशिया पनेलिस्ट्स असोसिअशन की और से इ. ओ .डब्लू. के खिलाफ एक जनहित याचिका मुंबई उच्च न्यायलय में दाखिल की गयी थी तब से लेकर अब तक इ. ओ.डब्लू. को को श्री मेल्विन क्रेस्तो साहब की पूछताछ करने की नहीं सूझी और जैसे ही वो याचिका खारिज कर दी गयी बस तुरंत उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया... और कुछ नहीं बस यही कहना चाहूँगा के अब इसमें बेचारे मेल्विन सर कब तक पिसते रहेंगे अब ये तो पता नहीं उनके परिवार पर क्या बीत रही होंगी ये भी पता नहीं.. और क्या कम्पनी उनको या उनके परिवार को कोई सहारा देंगी ये भी पता नहीं..

पर आखिर में दुःख इसीस बात का होता है के कंपनी के लिए पनेलिस्ट अपनी जी जान लुटाने पे तुला है लेकिन कंपनी ने अब तक ऐसा कोई ठोस कदम अबतक नहीं उठाया है जिसके चलते ये बात साबित हो के कंपनी भी अपने पनेलिस्ट्स के लिए कुछ कर रही है जहाँ तक मेलिविन सर की गिरफ़्तारी की बात आई है उस बात से मुझे ये अबतक नहीं समझ में आया के कंपनी अपने ओफ्फिसिअल्स के लिए अगर अग्रिम जमानत ले सकती है तो क्या स्पिक एशिया पनेलिस्ट असोसिएशन जो उनके साथ कंधे से कन्धा मिलाकर काम कर रहा है उनके अधिकारीयों को अग्रिम जमानत की जरुरत महसूस नहीं हो रही थी.

आज दोपहर २ बजे श्री मेल्विन सर को मुंबई के किला कोर्ट में पेश किया जायेगा और फिर १४ दिन के रिमांड पर भेज दिया जायेगा और २८ नवम्बर की डेट को और १ महीने के लिए आगे बढे जायेगा क्यों के इ.ओ.डब्लू की जांच जो चल रहिओ है.... और पता नहीं ये सिलसिला कब तक जारी रहेगा.. क्या इसका कोई अंत है भी या नहीं..?... सोचने वाली बात है सोचिये और अपनी प्रतिक्रियाए जरुर दे

Criminal PIL in Mumbai High Court

It was not Mr. Navneet Khosla who had filed the criminal PIL in Mumbai High Court, but it was Mr. Raj Mani. His lawyers have asked for a weeks time to withdraw the criminal PIL which has been granted by the Hon’ble Judge. Now the PIL will be withdrawn next week Information.

Speak Asia charged with money-laundering

In a further sign of trouble for Singapore-based online survey company Speak Asia, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has booked the company under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) for allegedly sending Rs 900 crore out of the country, disguised as remittances.

Asia, which conducts online surveys on products and services, is already being probed by the Mumbai Economic Offen-ces Wing, and some of its India-based office-bearers were arrested in July, for allegedly duping members of about Rs 2,300 crore in reward points and dues. The recent money-laundering case was registered last month; ED officials are now investigating which office-bearers were involved. Police to track online activities of MLM companies

Promoters of virtual companies like Speak Asia earned crore of rupees using the internet. The authorities are now planning to develop a system to alert people about dubious activities of MLMs

Reacting on the proliferation of multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes and financial losses gullible people are suffering due to this menace, the law and enforcement agencies are planning to keep track of activities that are taking place over the Internet.

According to sources, the agencies are developing certain mechanism in collaboration with Internet search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing to alert people about dubious activities like MLMs and to keep tab on such money multiplier schemes. However, this cannot be confirmed with top officials.

Earlier, while speaking at a seminar, Rajvardhan, additional commissioner of police, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Mumbai, warned people about Speak Asia like ponzi schemes and called such schemes a social menace, which is proliferating across the country, especially in rural areas.

Mr Rajvardhan was speaking at a seminar on economic offences. Topics like multi level marketing schemes, forensic accounting to role of serious fraud division in economic offences were covered in the seminar, which was largely attended by officers from law and enforcement agencies.

While he spoke about various such schemes and issue faced during investigation, Mr Rajvardhan refrained from divulging any further information or talking to the press. He called the seminar as a private event even though the formal invitation to media did not say so. Interestingly, most of the information from his presentation is readily available in public domain.

During the seminar a detailed presentation on the various ponzi schemes, their modus operandi and the high income claim they make was made by a senior official. He also touched up on the schemes such as City Limousine, Speak Asia, which have duped people for amounts running in crore.

Talking about the issues faced by the investigating agencies in schemes like Speak Asia, Mr Rajvardhan said these companies are registered abroad and hence it is difficult to trace their money trail. The number of such schemes are increasing and there websites often claims ISO certification, PAN Card as legal documents. “Such documents do not have much value,” he added.

Mumbai/New Delhi: The economic offences wing (EOW) of the Mumbai police on Tuesday said Speak Asia Online was a Rs2,300-2,400 crore fraud and that the notional value of the reward points offered by the company is Rs30,000 crore.

Speak Asia, which conducts online surveys on a variety of products and services, has around two million Indian panellists, or members, who pay money to join the firm’s network and earn reward points for referring its offerings to friends and peers.

“Total money collected by Speak Asia in a span of 18 months (February 2010-July 2011) is more than Rs2,300 crore and the total payouts assured by the company to investors is more than Rs30,000 crore,” said Rajvardhan Sinha, additional commissioner of police. Sinha heads the Mumbai EOW.

Speak Asia, a multi-level marketing firm, is being investigated by multiple agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the income-tax department and the Serious Frauds Investigation Office (SFIO), besides EOW, for offences including money laundering, violation of foreign exchange law, tax evasion and not making payments to investors.

The company’s spokesman couldn’t be reached for comment.

On 12 November, Mint reported that the ED is expected to file a show-cause notice to Speak Asia for raising Rs2,400 in India and remitting Rs900 crore to Singapore.

At a seminar in Mumbai, Sinha said, “Till now, Speak Asia is the biggest multi-level marketing fraud which is being investigated by EOW.” He said Ponzi schemes are proliferating, especially in cases where the multi-level marketing model is being used without selling a product and that companies who do this have no financial integrity.

In June, Speak Asia said it uses the collective bargaining power of 1.9 million online consumers to “get unprecedented price advantages” in purchasing goods and services.

When the company started facing problems on many fronts, it stopped making payments to its members, saying its accounts have been frozen. It also gave an exit option to members.

“Until we have a centralized agency like Sebi (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or the Reserve Bank (of India) to look into multi-level marketing companies, this problem cannot be solved,” Sinha said.

There is no provision for registration of online companies and this explains why they can’t be regulated.

In July, the ministry of corporate affairs (MCA) ordered a probe into Speak Asia’s activities under a section of the Companies Act, 1956, that deals with firms not registered in India.

“The SFIO report should be out in December. The ministry (MCA) feels the culprits will be nailed after that,” said a senior MCA official, who did not want to be identified.

EOW’s Sinha said multi-level marketing schemes investigated by the agency in the past include Pinnacle Education and Opportunity Ltd, Gurudev Travel Connection, City Limousine and Kanakdhara Gold.

According to EOW, Speak Asia’s members range from 132 in Lakshadweep to 130,000 in Mumbai, with the maximum members in Madhya Pradesh.

Speak Asia raised Rs. 2,400 crore; sent Rs. 900 crore to Singapore

Mumbai/New Delhi: A multi-agency probe of marketing company Speak Asia Online, under investigation for suspected fraud, has found it breached India’s foreign exchange laws and evaded payment of income tax.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED), which investigates money laundering and violations of foreign exchange regulations, and income tax (I-T) authorities have found that the multi-level marketing firm, which has raised Rs. 2,400 crore from consumers in India, had remitted money to Singapore, ED and I-T officials said.

According to an ED official directly involved in the investigation, the agency is probing at least 100 overseas bank accounts of the promoters and close associates of the Singapore-based firm to unravel the money trail.

“The investigation is at an advanced stage and we expect to file a show-cause notice by the end of December,” said the official, who didn’t want to be named pending the completion of the investigation.

Speak Asia conducts online surveys on a variety of products and services, and has around two million Indian panellists, or members, who pay money to join the firm’s network and earn reward points for referring its offerings to friends and peers.

Apart from ED and the I-T department, the firm is being investigated by the economic offences wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police and the ministry of corporate affairs (MCA) for several violations, including complaints of non-payment to its members.

The I-T department has already issued show-cause notices to the firm and its associates, asking them to explain why they should not be penalized for not filing tax returns. It has also frozen Rs. 134 crore in the bank account of Speak Asia.

“The adjudication proceeding in the case is on and Speak Asia has now agreed to file income-tax returns with the department. We are expecting the tax returns by the end of this month,” an I-T official said.

Manoj Kumar, chief executive officer (India) of Speak Asia, did not respond to an email sent to him on Thursday. He also could not be reached on his mobile phone.

“We have sought information from foreign countries on these accounts. The company has raised Rs. 2,400 crore in India and remitted about Rs. 900 crore to Singapore without requisite approvals,” the ED official said.

Multi-level marketers typically run a network where sellers of the company’s product or service, in turn, hire more sellers. These sellers, or agents, earn money not only from the products and services they sell, but also from the products and services sold by the people they hire.

Some multi-level marketers require sellers to pay a substantial amount upfront to enter the network—they get some products in return—and effectively function as Ponzi schemes, with individuals in the network earning money as long as the network keeps growing.

The people at the apex of the network, the promoters of the firm, earn the most. Such multi-level marketing firms are also called direct selling, or referral, companies.

ED began its investigation in August after India’s central bank referred alleged violations of foreign exchange regulations to the agency.

The I-T department, which is investigating the company for its tax liabilities, has also found that Speak Asia has been remitting money to Singapore. “Between January and June, around Rs. 600 crore had been remitted,” said the I-T official privy to the development.

The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), the investigative agency of MCA, has, meanwhile, sought another month to submit its report on Speak Asia, a senior official at the ministry said on condition of anonymity. “MCA is expecting the SFIO report by December,” he added.

Rajvardhan Sinha, additional commissioner of police at EOW in Mumbai, said the department is still investigating Speak Asia and declined to share details of any findings.

In August, the Bombay high court directed EOW to file a report on Speak Asia and other multi-level marketing firms, which were being investigated by the police, and detail preventive steps it proposes to put in place to deal with such marketers.

“We have submitted a report on the company to the Bombay high court,” Sinha said. Mumbai Police is organizing a two-day seminar on law enforcement next week that will also discuss how to investigate the so-called Ponzi schemes, he added.

A Ponzi scheme is a racket that pays returns to investors from their own money, or the money paid by subsequent investors, instead of any actual profit. The name comes from Charles Ponzi​, who first used the technique in 1920.

In July, Mumbai Police’s EOW arrested Tarak Bajpai, chief operating officer of Speak Asia, and four vendors of the company from Mumbai and Indore as part of its investigation. EOW has now initiated criminal proceedings against the firm.

According to a June statement by Speak Asia, 1.2 million of its customers in India have received upwards of $52 million (around Rs. 260 crore today) since last year through bank transfers via Reserve Bank of India-authorized foreign exchange channels. This income has been generated by filling up surveys, giving online opinions on advertisements watched, and income accrued from referring other panellists.

Since its entry into India, Speak Asia has invested at least $9 million in various marketing, training and business development programmes.

I have been like a spectator for so long but I wanna bring to ur notice that on 9/9/2011 there was a news article published in one of the Leading Marathi News Paper called as “Loksatta”… According to this News paper there were 2 Lawyers accepted a Bribe of 30 Lacs and tried to give to a Daughter of one of the Retired Magistrate … They tried to give Bribe to Give the Decision on their favor means against SAOL… This is a shocking News for me too … I do not know the authenticity of this news but just posting this coz I wanna show that there is someone very Strong who is working to tarnish the Image of our SAOL… Request you to stay calm and support our beloved company … Stay United We will surely WIN… Proud to be a Speak Asian …. TNS Explores Attitudes To Brands In Social Media

Report from world’s largest research consultancy, TNS, shows half of consumers in APAC region don’t want to be bothered in social networks

Singapore. Businesses are wasting time and money trying to reach people online without realising many resent big brands invading their social networks – according to findings from a global study launched by today by TNS, a Kantar company and part of WPP [NASDAQ:WPPGY].
The findings were revealed by TNS’s Digital Life study, the most comprehensive view of how more than 72,000 consumers in 60 countries behave online and why they do what they do – an interactive data visualisation of the key findings can be found at www.tnsdigitallife.com.

The race online has seen businesses across the world develop profiles on social networks, such as Facebook or YouTube, to speak to customers quickly and cheaply – but TNS’s research reveals that if these efforts are not carefully targeted, they are wasted on 51 per cent of those online in the Asia-Pacific region.

It found that 57 per cent of people in developed markets* globally do not want to engage with brands via social media – rising to 66 per cent in South Korea and 58 per cent in Australia. In contrast, Singapore and Hong Kong ranked the lowest for developed markets in Asia-Pacific, with 43 per cent and 42 per cent of online users respectively saying they were not interested in brands over social media networks. Instead, misguided digital strategies are generating mountains of digital waste, from friendless Facebook accounts to blogs no one reads. This is being combined with ever-increasing content produced by consumers – the study shows 59 per cent of consumers in the Asia-Pacific region now comment about brands online.

The result is huge volumes of noise, which is polluting the digital world and making it harder for brands to be heard – presenting a major challenge for businesses trying to enter into dialogue with consumers online.

“Winning and retaining customers is harder than ever,” said Arnaud Frade, Regional Director Digital Strategy, TNS APAC. He continued, “Whilst there are obvious and very significant opportunities for brands online, success will only come from a deliberate strategy, considered tactics and careful tailoring, aligned to a market, a channel, a category or even a group of individuals. Getting this wrong and adding to the cacophony of noise in the online world risks alienating potential customers and impacting business growth.” 

TNS’s Digital Life study asked consumers around the world whether they actually want to engage with brands on social networking websites – either to find out more or to make a purchase.
Although 60 per cent of people in Asia-Pacific admit social networks are a good place to learn about products, the research shows brands must harness digital more carefully if they are to use it to their advantage and deepen relationships with customers and prospects.

The study also reveals big geographic contrasts which highlight the risks of brands employing a catch-all approach that doesn’t take the needs of different consumers into consideration.
Some fast growth markets** were found to be more open to brands on social networks. Just 41 per cent of Filipinos said they don’t want to be bothered by them against 55 per cent of Vietnamese users, whereas 66 per cent of people across fast-growing countries in the region see social networks as a good place to learn about brands. However, even here brands must still plan and manage online engagement carefully to avoid alienating consumers and doing more harm than good, according to TNS.

Arnaud Frade explains: “Digital waste is the accumulation of thousands of brands rushing online without thinking who they want to talk to – and why. Whilst many brand owners understand the value and relevance of the vast online world, many fail to understand the audience they are connecting with.” “Control is firmly in the hands of consumers. The goal should therefore be to understand your target audience intimately, enabling your brand to connect openly and with integrity. This also means that selecting the right online approach and focusing on efficient messaging are critical to be relevant.”

TNS’s Digital Life study also sheds vital light on why people do engage with brands online. 45 per cent of those in the Asia-Pacific region motivated to post comments on companies do so for the simple desire to impart advice – with Japanese the most helpful online (53 per cent).

Findings showed that more people across the region like to praise than complain online (14.6 per cent vs 10 per cent). Keeping true to their friendly culture, 23 per cent of Thai people and 22 per cent of Filipinos are most likely to praise online whereas the Chinese and Japanese tie at being the least likely in the region to praise online, with just 11 per cent each saying that they would do this, and South Koreans are the most likely to complain about brands online (12 per cent).

However, motivations of online commentators can be self-serving. 68 per cent of consumers in this region are driven to engage with brands online by a promotion or special offer.
When examining global contrasts, TNS found that consumers in fast growth markets are incredibly keen to spend more time and money online than they currently do – presenting major growth opportunities for brands.

There are, however, infrastructure challenges still to be overcome in these countries before businesses can really tap into the enthusiasm for the digital world. 48 per cent of people in fast growth markets around the world would use the internet more if it was less expensive – including 76 per cent of people in Indonesia, 69 per cent of Thai users, and 59 per cent of Malaysian users.

Likewise, while just a quarter of people in developed markets globally see social networks as a place to buy products, this rises to 48 per cent across fast growth markets. Some of the most eager online consumers are found in India, where 59 per cent see social networks as a good place to buy products from brands.

And when it comes to online shopping habits, Asian consumers are leading the adoption of group buying and purchase via mobile. Almost half (46 per cent) of consumers in China already use group buying tools - in stark contrast to Europe where adoption rates are as low as 6 per cent in Sweden and Finland.

Adoption of shopping via mobile is also high in the region – 34 per cent of mobile internet users in China and South Korea shop on their phone, falling to just two per cent in Vietnam.

Arnaud Frade adds: “Across the region, internet access is a source of empowerment as much as it is a source of future trade, none more so than in those markets where mobile platforms are becoming the primary way to get online. Digital Life shows that the power of an effective, considered online presence can enable brands to harness the massive potential of fast growth markets, to deliver superior consumer engagement and very tangible ROI.”

Speak Asia site becomes partially functional, only for viewing

Contrary to claims by Speak Asia and its panellists, the company’s servers were never taken over by EOW as they are located in Singapore


Even while the investigation against ponzi scheme Speak Asia, which duped people by promising easy income, is speeding up, company’s website which was non-functional for past few months, has become partially functional as it is allowing agents to log in and check their status. However, no transactions or changes are possible on the website.

Sources from the Economic Offence Wing, Mumbai and Hyderabad have confirmed that Speak Asia’s site is registered outside India and its server is located in Singapore, therefore they (the investigating agencies) have no authority to take it over. “(Speak Asia) Server is in Singapore and never officially controlled by EOW. So no question of handing back (the server),” said a top official while replying to comments by some Speak Asia panellists that EOW has handed back its server and so the site is functioning again.

Some agents, citing an official letter from Speak Asia, have been saying that since their server has been taken over by EOW, they cannot send surveys to panellists. (read more… Speak Asia says cannot send surveys as server is in police custody!).

According to the information from the EOW it is now clear that they never had taken control of Speak Asia’s server. Then the big question is how and why the company stopped sending surveys to its panellist? This also means that either the company itself or its big agents have been lying about the server and surveys. Speak Asia stopped sending surveys from 13th May and have also not paid any money since then.

As we have mentioned earlier, the company has not paid a single paisa to panellists since 13th May and owes them about Rs2,280 crore. This is the very same company, whose officials in a press conference in Mumbai had claimed Speak Asia was backed by very good technology and had plenty of servers to send the surveys.

The multi-level marketing (MLM) company came under the scanner of investigating authorities after it became known that it was promising easy income by merely filling online surveys. Interestingly, Speak Asia continues to claims that it would shortly set up permanent establishment with five zone offices in India.
Meanwhile, EOW is investigating the matter to build a case based on concrete evidence. Agencies from major cities such as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune are currently involved in investigating the affairs of the MLM company.

According to the sources, major investigation was to find out the trail of money.
All panellists of the Ponzi scheme are eagerly waiting for their money they had ‘invested’ in Speak Asia for earning huge returns. According to investigative reports, almost half of the money collected by Speak Asia was transferred to Singapore, while the rest may still be in India.

The EOW had arrested Speak Asia’s financial consultant Sanjeev Dandona and Nayan Khandor, a Mumbai-based Web designer responsible for designing e-surveys. It was revealed that the survey, which the company used to send to its panellist were designed in Mumbai itself and not in Singapore as claimed by Speak Asia.

Meanwhile, according to the reports, the chief operating officer of Speak Asia, Tarak Bajpai has become untraceable after he was granted bail by Vijaywada Court. Speak Asia’s chairperson Haren Kaur and CEO for India, Manoj Kumar and several other top officials are still at large.

Wait n Watch scenario for Speak Asia panelist

New Delhi: Suddenly, after getting aware about the re-functioning of the online survey website, Speak Asia Online the woes of more than 1.7 million panelists seems coming to an end.

However, company didn�t make any such announcement over official website.

This matter was never being discussed earlier but now, it has become the hot topic around the coffee table.

Last year, the online survey company entered the Indian market and opened the innovative front to earn money online and turn out to be successful company and with in no time it has attracted around 1.7 million people as its hardcore followers.
No sooner it became the name in the household, it got eclipsed as the company�s bank accounts were seized and the website site became dysfunctional.

This malicious propaganda has developed doubt in the mind of the masses which resulted to be a negative impact across the country, where scams have become uncontrolled and are of no use to a common man.

Whereas, this survey company moved with a single objective to offer returns to its panelists.

As per the Speak Asia officials, company�s board of members have explained the business model of the company, which has been comparing to that of Ebay, where investor gains the benefit. This was presented before honourable Justices Dalveer Bhandari, Justice Deepak Varma & Justice Gopal Subramanium.

While, as per the latest updates company also informs that they are willing to pay their panelist as they have sufficient funds to pay back, for which Supreme court has appointed retd Supreme court judge to supervise the committee for all payment proceedings.

While, The next hearing for writ petition (civil) case no 383/2011 is expected on 14th Nov 2011.
Presently, when we are clouded with corruption and Speakasia is the company which is running around the court for the benefit of its panelists.

Company has full faith in the functioning of Supreme Court. Now we are standing at such a position, where one needs to wait and watch the verdict going for or against the company.
