Seeing the update by Mr.Aman Azad regarding arrest of Ashokji – Quite shocking ?
No clear cut reason. Arrest without any specific Reason !!! It Happens Only In India …..

But don’t worry as “We are bound to win and we will definitely win”

Sessions court me kal 2:30 PM unki anticipatory bail ki hearing hai… agar mumbai ke panelists pahunch sakte hain to support ke liye zarur pahunchein…!!! Regards..!

We are very sorry to learn the facts that the media and some corrupt officials are to be blamed for the damage done to this wonderful Co. Speak Asia. that was far ahead of our time in their biz module. Just because star news was not allowed to Cover Speak Asia’s Goa showcasing festival, they joined hands with some corrupt politicians and some competitors and started their (dekha denge) blackmailing campaign and other media channels then foolishly followed the piped piper.
So much for media ethics in our country and the faulty regulations governing it, whereby it is allowed to make or break any Co or anybody they wish to target, as they have not spared our honest judges as well ! Not once did the media Air or Report the good news of Speak Asia even when a mediator was appointed in the supreme court etc. etc. (and there has been a lot of positive news regards Speak Asia)

Nor was it ever reported, the willingness of the Co. to comply by all rules and regulations which they were presently strictly following and any extra if the gov’t so desired. And its offer to pay all its panelists that were forced to panic and who had just subscribed and not received anything in return , because of the media hype and constant bombardment of negative and false premeditated news campaign ! The Co offered to all such to take the exit option and recover their dues, for that it deposited 50Cr as requested by the supreme court and is willing and has pledged to deposit more if needed . The co had never defaulted in its payments to the government, be it taxes or to the panelists till such time that it conducted its business and was forced to stop because of the medias false and vindictive reporting.
Fraud, Dupe, Scam etc. etc. and other such libel and defamatory terms used in their smear campaign are actually words to be attributed to all the people concerned with the media and other agency’s responsible to dance to the tune of the Speak Asia’s competitors having immense political connections, who left no stone unturned to try and destroy it. An independent CBI enquiry into the blackmailing tactics should be ordered to expose the people (desh drohi’s) in government and media who were responsible for this shameful act and should be severely punished. They did not expect or rather grossly underestimated the resolve of this great Co. and its 20 lakh panelist who were loyal and united against all odds and had full faith in the Co and the Judiciary who lived up to our expectation and after seeing the working and future plans of the Co.. I wish all the employees and the management and the Panelists the best of luck in this fight of good v/s evil.

Date March 15, 2012 AISPA writ petition in Bombay High Court (Criminal) 3611/2011 has been fixed for the hearing { 10:00 AM } ! This case is according to supplementary board is at no. 1 ! There is complete possibility of it’s hearing as soon as the court opens ! It’s a humble request to all the panelists from Mumbai to be present at the court in a large number ! If possible please wear the SpeakAsia’s t-shirts ! At least this way everyone will get a chance to meet each other once again ! The panelists out of Mumbai are also welcomed !
