Speakasia Panelist Association Of India’s ( AISPA) first Annual General Meeting will be held on 31st March, 2012 in Mumbai. It’s necessary to organize a AGM after the registration of a association with in the 60 days of the registration date according to law. Speakasia Panelist Association Of India got it’s registration on 3rd February, 2012 with All India Jurisdiction. Registration No. G.B.B.S.D 204/2012, Dated : 03/02/2012. Who are already registered themselves as a active members, they are cordially invited. Committee members will be elected in the meeting. Votes will be given by all present active members. After that all elected committee members will choose office bearers members thru their votes. Please bring your Govt. approved ID cards if any along with you and those who received their receipts please bring it too. It’s also occasion to meet with Speakasia family and a start of a social cause.

दिनांक ३१ मार्च, २०१२ को भारतीय स्पीक एशिया पेनेलिस्ट संघ {ऐस्पा} की पहली वार्षिक सामान्य बैठक मुंबई में गठित की जा रही है ! संघ का पंजीकरण होने के पश्चात् ६० दिवस के भीतर भीतर इस बैठक का कानून के दिशा अनुदेशों के अनुसार किया जाना अनिवार्य है ! भारतीय स्पीक एशिया पेनेलिस्ट संघ का पंजीकरण समस्त भारत न्यायाधिकर के साथ दिनांक ३ फरवरी, २०१२ को किया जा चुका है ! पंजीकरण क्रमांक : जी.बी.बी.एस.डी. २०४/२०१२, दिनाक ०३/०२/२०१२ ! जो भी पेनेलिस्ट संघ के सक्रिय सदस्य बन चुके हैं, वह सभी सादर आमन्त्रित हैं ! बैठक में समिति सदस्यों का चुनाव किया जायेगा ! मत का अधिकार बैठक में उपस्तिथ सभी सक्रिय सदस्यों को होगा ! उनका चुनाव होने के पश्चात वह सभी निर्वाचित सक्रिय सदस्य कार्यालय पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव अपना मत देकर करेंगे ! बैठक में पहुँचने वाले सभी सदस्यों से विनम्र निवेदन है वह कृपया अपना कोई भी सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त पहचान पत्र अवश्य साथ लायें, और जिन सदस्यों को अपनी रसीद प्राप्त हो चुकी है तो कृपया साथ लायें ! स्पीक एशिया परिवार से मिलने के अवसर के साथ साथ यह एक सामाजिक कार्य का आरंभ भी है!
