सुबह में मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय में कल ३६११ / 2011 रिट AISPA सुना था और मामले को 23 फरवरी, 2012 तक स्थगित कर दिया गया. उत्तरदाताओं (EOW और नवनीत खोसला) करने के लिए जवाब है जो वे वास्तव में 23 जनवरी, 2012 के द्वारा दायर की थी में उनकी हलफनामा दायर करने के लिए पूछा गया. HonÂ’ble कोर्ट का आदेश दिया है कि वे 23 फरवरी को विज्ञापन अंतरिम राहत पर आदेश पारित, 2012 होगा.
