Two months before (November 9th, 2011), we published Article ”Anticipatory Bail Application’s Disposed Date is 08/11/2011“. In this article it clearly shows Mr. Tarak Bajpei and 5 others applied for Anticipatory bail. It also published in Mumbai High court website : CRIMINAL ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.895 OF 2011.

But today we got Hyderabad high court link in that its mention, Mr. Tarak Bajpei’s Anticipatory bail filed 30-December-2011 and the hearing was held yesterday, i.e; 18-January-2012 in Hyderabad high court.

Our question is that,
Why Mr. Tarak Bajpei again applied for anticipatory bail?
What happened to the 2 month before anticipatory bail?
