Mr. Mahesh Jethmalani appeared in hon. mumbai high court for the company in the quashing matter of raigarh & thane f.i.r.’s The hon. high court agreed to the viewpoint of the company that there can not be multiple f.i.r.s in the same case. The hon. court has asked the authorities to rectify this mistake with in one week or the hon. high court will set aside the thane and raigarh f.i.r’s. This means as we wanted there will be only single investigation and not multiple. this is a great step in our favour. Now pray for the bail for Melwyn Crasto & Ashish Dandekar.
