• SpeakAsiaOnline not comes under Network Marketing Scheme, Ponzi Scheme, or any referral Scheme.

• Company is ready to pay for Exit optioners and normal panelists but waiting for supreme court order.

• Looking at the present scenario SAOL management is working for PE process in India with certain governement bodies and ministry to get registered and permanently established in India…

• The date which is 30th April for hearing in SC writ 383 is kept as a positive date for positive conclusion from SC…

Everything is expected to happen before the SC holidays starting 15th May… SpeakAsia Management is trying to Get website in this month and other formalities regarding PE and registration is going on side by side…
Clearance from IT is a major thing for Restart and regarding the affidavit that needs to be submitted by EOW have 2 weeks time to do it…and the same applies to IT for that…
Raigarh and Thane case hearing is on 11th April for Quashing…
Company is trying to collect website from EOW because all panelists database is in that website.

Bail Application

Melwyn Sir’s application of relaxation of bail conditions ( he has to go to EOW’s office on every monday ) was heard today. The Public prosecutor has asked for some time to file his reply so time till of 21st April has been given.

Ashok Sir’s anticipatory bail was also heard today and stay on his arrest has been given till 3rd of May

Today Times of India published some shocking news, according to them EOW Mumbai will file 2 FIR against Speak Asia’s sister companies i.e; SevenRings International and Admatrix Pvt Ltd.

Friends dont get panic from todays article of Times of India. This all baseless news and we expected one or two more articles like this before 2nd april hearing.. Media is used to do thing like this which we had allready since previously too. So dont panic all is well.

Everything is going in to right and very positive directions ……

Who are already registered themselves as a active members, they are cordially invited. Committee members will be elected in the meeting. Votes will be given by all present active members. After that all elected committee members will choose office bearers members thru their votes. Judgement of AISPA Case – MARCH 21, 2012.

CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION No. 3611 OF 2011 AND CRIMINAL APPLICATION No. 118 OF 2012 IN CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION No. 3611 OF 2011

• Not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board.
• It is submitted that the complainant in this case has filed an affidavit-in-reply, stating therein that he has received the entire amount and he does not wish to pursue his complaint. We had asked the learned Public Prosecutor to approach the Apex Court and obtain clarification since the Apex Court has appointed a mediator and the mediator is seized of the entire case. Therefore, we asked him to obtain the clarification, since the propriety demands that when the matter is pending before the Apex Court, this Court should refrain itself from passing any order.
• On two occasions, the learned PP has sought time to apply for modification/clarification from the Apex Court. According to him, the matter was to appear on 23rd March, 2012. However, the computer status report shows that the matter is scheduled to be placed on the board on 2nd April, 2012. Since the complainant in this case has stated in his affidavit-in-reply that he has received the entire amount, we deem it fit and proper, so far as this case is concerned, to direct that further investigation in respect of the complaint filed by Navnit Tarachand Khosla is stayed till the next date. The learned Public Prosecutor can obtain clarification from the Apex Court. S. O. to 4th April, 2012.
