In short we can say that we will get our money soon because a retired judge will supervise all the proceeding of the payment.
Now the next hearing has been scheduled on 20 October for the selection of presiding judge for monetary distribution and many other technicalities.
Unfortunately the court was out of time today so they have scheduled the hearing
at 20 October. Hopefully a full and final verdict may come at 20th, however this is just speculation.
In Delhi PIL Nothing was Mentioned About Speak Asia Registration in India and Giving Clean Chit to Speak Asia Pannelists.This is MileStone Who Are Not Paid By Speak Asia Company Only All the Things Related to Speak Asia Problems are Still Their.

2. Take Money From Speak Asia Company .
Speak Asia Money Only Be Given if Speak Asia Company will registered in India .. So Sureme Court Say " Wait For Opening Shop of Speak Asia In India " as that will give Profit to the Top Leaders Not to Many Un Paid Peoples.. As Top Leaders are Already Paid Before also.

स्पीक एशिया: हुर्रे आ गई छोटी दीवाली, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बनाई कमेटी
स्पीक एशियन्स के लिए तो यह खबर जैसे दीवापली की रंगीन आतिशबाजी से भी ज्यादा खूबसूरत है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति के गठन का आदेश दिया जो यह देखेगी कि पेनलिस्ट को भुगतान सुनिश्चित हो। वहीं दूसरी ओर ईओडब्ल्यू को दो सप्ताह में अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपने का आदेश भी दिया सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस आदेश के बाद कम से कम पेनलिस्ट का रुका हुआ भुगतान मिलने का रास्ता तो सुनिश्चित हो ही गया। इसके साथ ही उम्मीदों का एक नया आसमां भी तैयार हो गया है
