Seeing the update by Mr.Aman Azad regarding arrest of Ashokji – Quite shocking ?
No clear cut reason. Arrest without any specific Reason !!! It Happens Only In India …..

Our beloved and dynamic secretary of AISPA Mr. Ashok Bahirwani has been served 72 Hrs. notice of arrest by EOW. Anticipatory bail will be heard in session court tomorrow at 2:30 pm.
But don’t worry as “We are bound to win and we will definitely win”

EOW Mumbai ne Ashok Bahirwani ji ko arrest ka 72 hours ka kal notice diya hai…
Sessions court me kal 2:30 PM unki anticipatory bail ki hearing hai… agar mumbai ke panelists pahunch sakte hain to support ke liye zarur pahunchein…!!! Regards..!

Good Morning Speakasians,
I am worried at the rampant spread of rumors and herein below is my attempt to put to rest the various rumors.
Before i attempt to give some clarification i wish to bring to yr attention that a rumor is bad even if it is about good news and unwanted because it unnecessarily raises hopes of every body and then when the supposedly good news does not come it gives a feeling of mistrust and defeat.

Rumor 1: Franchisee accounts have not been defreezed. It is true that the company officials have been collecting data from various franchisees regarding their freezed accounts so that some action can be taken on this front. The accounts have been freezed under orders from CB-CID and EOW and not by RBI. Once again i wish to bring to your notice that the accounts have not been defreezed.This will happen but has not yet happened.
Rumor 2: Various related news have been doing the rounds like A massive advertisement is going to start from the 9th, EXIT OPTION payment will start from 12th or even earlier,news like this has spread like wild fire and any fire is not good it can ruin lots of hopes and i am duty bound to provide clarification.
All the above will surely happen but not on these dates we are still a little away from tasting victory.
We have all experienced how with the onset of 2012 there has been a change in the velocity of the issues turning in our favor and this intensity and speed will move the entire matter in our favor very soon but we will have to remain a little more positive and patient.
Please do not have too much expectations from the Supreme Court hearing of 9th January, 2012. We will surely move a step forward positively but i do not see any immediate relief happening tomorrow. This is a journey and the roads have evened out the ride is now smooth and the speed is good.
This is not a final hearing, the mediation report has been submitted this report will be taken on record and some action/s will be ordered setting in process our return to normalization. I am sure, although i would love to be proved wrong, that no final order will be given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court for immediate restart of any activity tomorrow i.e. on the 9th January, 2012
Friends, fellow Speakasians i know most of us are tired and weary but please have patience the journey is about to end. Start preparing for the good times.

Good Morning Friends,
WOW what a feeling this is to wake up without the fear of immediate threat to ones liberty. It has been 45 days that i have been under constant threat. And for what? it is simply ridiculous to have such a feeling simply because you are fighting for a cause, leading a rally for the betterment of such a huge family of 12.5 lakh Speakasians. I am sure that all my Speakasian friends must have sensed the positive change over the last couple of days, i hope and pray that this positive change continues and culminates into complete victory for us.

Mr. Ashok bahirwani was granted relief by the Hon. Mumbai High Court

Unexpected Good News…

Mr. Ashok bahirwani was granted relief by the Hon. Mumbai High Court and the Hon. High Court has restrained E.O.W from arresting Mr. Ashok Bahirawani without giving him a prior notice of 72 hours. Now Mr. Ashok Bahirwani is going home after more than 46 days, having fought for us to protect our rights even while he was out of his house. The detailed hearing of AISPA WRIT (Criminal – 3611/2011) for quashing the Navniit khosla’s FIR will be held on 16 January, 2012.
All will be fine very soon.

अप्रत्याशित अच्छा समाचार…
नवनीत खोसला की ऍफ़.आई.आर. रद्द करने के मामले में आज एसपा रिट याचिका (आपराधिक – ३६११/२०११) पर माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में सुनवाई हुई ! माननीय उच्च न्यायालय मुंबई की तरफ से श्रीमान अशोक बहिरवानी को राहत मिल गयी है ! माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने आर्थिक अपराध शाखा मुम्बई को यह आदेश दिया है कि गिरफ़्तार किये जाने से पहले ७२ घंटों का नोटिस दिया जाना आवश्यक है ! अशोक बहिरवानी आज ४६ दिनों के बाद अपने घर लौट रहे हैं !अब यह मुकद्दमा १६ जनवरी २०१२ के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया है !
भगवान से प्रार्थना करते हैं की यह ऍफ़..आई.आर. भी जल्दी से जल्दी रद्द हो !

We are now in the last and final phase of our victory, and don’t get panic after getting a little bit changes in website or any other matter , because it is only the part of making the system suitable to the present latest situation .

I recount the above saying whilst i remember our President and my friend Melwyn Crasto.
I publicly apologies to his family that he is away from home on this christmas day languishing in jail for the larger good of all Speakasians.

Good Evening Speakasians,   (message from Ashok Bhirwani)

The heart wants to start celebrating but the mind advices to show some restraint till the final verdict is announced by the Hon. Supreme Court.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice R.C. Lahoti ji has concluded his mediation process yesterday i.e. 19^th December, 2011.

It is now clear that all the respondents have recorded their presence before the Hon. Mediator including the elusive EOW.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Lahoti ji will soon file his report before the Hon. Supreme Court and the matter should come up for hearing before the Supreme Court in early January, 2012.

I only wish to draw the attention of all the Speakasians that although the matter is moving positively in our favour the relief as is being spread on various forums is absolutely false and baseless.

The WEBSITE AND PAYMENTS are not going to start before 28^th December, 2011 etc. like is being reported on various forums. All this will surely happen but only after the matter has been heard and finally ordered by the Hon. Supreme Court.

It is now only a matter of time that we all will taste sweet victory very very soon.
