Now the matter is listed for hearing in the supreme court on Monday 9th January, 2012. Speak Asia mediation process completed

As per our conversation with the SAOL officials following are the updates:

1. The much awaited mediation meeting under the supervision of honorable retd. chief justice of India Mr. Lahoti has been concluded. The third and final mediation meeting happened yesterday on 19th december, 2011.

2. An important fact to be noted is that the Economic Offence Wing(EOW) of Mumbai Police was also represented in the last meeting. Now each and every party has been represented properly in front of the honorable mediator.

3. Now once honorable Mr. Lahoti presents his mediation report in supreme court the hearing will start. It is expected to start in first week of January after the winter vacation of the court.

Note: In our view the Speak Asia case has come to a conclusive phase where as soon as the hearing in supreme court starts, within few weeks the final verdict will be out. At this moment we suggest all the Speak Asians to stay united and pray to god that the final outcome come in the favor of Speak Asia family.

Speak Asia's fight with malicious MEDIA

We want all of you to go through the following link in Youtube in which the Chairman of the Press Council of India Honorable Justice Markandey Katju has strongly criticised the way MEDIA functions in India. He strongly recommends that crazy Indian media must be made accountable to at least someone.

We need not mention that it was none other than media led by great Star News who tried to spoil the financial future of 20 Lakh Indians who are Speak Asians. After this news channel almost every channel and newspaper in India tried to take their share of profit out of the misery of 20 lakh innocent Indians.

Media is not bothered to report when the honorable supreme court of India give some positive relief to the Speak Asia community. Such a big news is not worth reporting. But of course it is worried about where Mr. Tarak Bajpayee is, whether he has reported to the court or not. And that is not a small news. It is such a big news that it finds place in the front page of Times of India. The standered of media has gone down so much that journalists are seen equivalent to criminals in our society.

Friends ! victory is sure for all of us. In any democracy if any movement has people's support, it certainly cannot be suppressed. In SAOL's case it not only the Company which is fighting alone, but a strong community of 20 lakh Indians are also with the company. After such a long legal battle also people have not left the trust in company.

We all are waiting eagerly for the hearing of the honorable supreme court on 8th November. On that date at least some relief should definitely come to the Speak Asians. All Indians know at least one thing that Indian judiciary is unbiased, brave and not at all affected by the opinion of malicious media of India.
