Today Times of India published some shocking news, according to them EOW Mumbai will file 2 FIR against Speak Asia’s sister companies i.e; SevenRings International and Admatrix Pvt Ltd.

Friends dont get panic from todays article of Times of India. This all baseless news and we expected one or two more articles like this before 2nd april hearing.. Media is used to do thing like this which we had allready since previously too. So dont panic all is well.

Everything is going in to right and very positive directions ……

It’s necessary to organize a AGM after the registration of a association with in the 60 days of the registration date according to law. Speakasia Panelist Association Of India got it’s registration on 3rd February, 2012 with All India Jurisdiction. Registration No. G.B.B.S.D 204/2012, Dated : 03/02/2012. Who are already registered themselves as a active members, they are cordially invited. Committee members will be elected in the meeting. Votes will be given by all present active members. After that all elected committee members will choose office bearers members thru their votes. Please bring your Govt. approved ID cards if any along with you and those who received their receipts please bring it too. It’s also occasion to meet with Speakasia family and a start of a social cause.

Judgement of AISPA Case – MARCH 21, 2012.

• Not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board.
• It is submitted that the complainant in this case has filed an affidavit-in-reply, stating therein that he has received the entire amount and he does not wish to pursue his complaint. We had asked the learned Public Prosecutor to approach the Apex Court and obtain clarification since the Apex Court has appointed a mediator and the mediator is seized of the entire case. Therefore, we asked him to obtain the clarification, since the propriety demands that when the matter is pending before the Apex Court, this Court should refrain itself from passing any order.
• On two occasions, the learned PP has sought time to apply for modification/clarification from the Apex Court. According to him, the matter was to appear on 23rd March, 2012. However, the computer status report shows that the matter is scheduled to be placed on the board on 2nd April, 2012. Since the complainant in this case has stated in his affidavit-in-reply that he has received the entire amount, we deem it fit and proper, so far as this case is concerned, to direct that further investigation in respect of the complaint filed by Navnit Tarachand Khosla is stayed till the next date. The learned Public Prosecutor can obtain clarification from the Apex Court. S. O. to 4th April, 2012.
