RBI has issued new circular regarding foreign accounts trasacting in India.

RBI has redesigned its policy for the foreign account holder to transact in Rupees on today. It is a very good sign towards our operations.

AISPA Petition in High Court : Next hearing date is 16/02/2012

• Next hearing date for AISPA petition is set to 16th February2012 .
  Don’t think its postponed date. Day by Day, we get better and better! There are things that we know we don’t know.

Greetings to all of you…i hope everyone is fine…fighting with current situation and media again is playing their role by showing a program in SAB TV…I know very well indirectly it is pointing on us but we cant do anything in this cheap publicity done by media bcoz the name they took is SILENT ASIA and not SPEAKASIA…Dont get dis-heartened by this cheap publicity stunt…and dont believe in any other rumours…

Let me inform all of you very clearly that our management is working very hard day and night and doing their job in background…several meetings have taken place between the management and many conclusion have been done in a well manner…

We all are now waiting for RBI to submit their affidavit and then our gate will be opened for our future…and because of all legal proceedings the matter has been kept HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL and will be revealed once things are finalized after the verdict of SC on 6th Feb…

I request all of you not to believe in any kind of rumour and dates given by anyone and just wait for the date of 6th Feb and the order of SC…the company is doing its best and our only support at this crucial time is Judiciary…So dont follow any rumours or fake news and media as the day is not far when we all will be united and rejoice with Speakasia and then the world will know that who we are.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the mediation proceedings are still in progress. The next meeting before the Mediator appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court is slated on 19th January, 2012. The statement so made is accepted by the leaned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor also agrees that, till the next date before the Mediator, hearing of this Petition be deferred.
In the circumstances, this Petition be now listed on 25th January, 2012 under caption “Directions”.
We place on record the grievance of the Respondent No. 3complainant that according to him, Petition has not been
amended inspite of the order given by this court in terms of order dated 9th December, 2011. We have told him that in the Judge’s paper book, amendment has already been carried out. He is free to interact with the advocate for the petitioner and ensure that the amended copy of the petition is available with him on the next date of hearing.
The learned APP submits that, he would like to file reply affidavit, which can be filed on or before 23rd January, 2012.
