Friends the hearing is now on 15th March but during the proceedings today there were many points which are in our favour. Mr. Khosla has been told in clear cut terms that when the mediation is in process the HC will not decide . Now Mr. Khosla can either take the exit option when available to all or wait till restart for regular payouts. EOW was unable to procuce the order of SC it claimed it will and now has no option but to act according to Notice served on it

Regarding Exit option

It is reliably learnt that Justice Lahoti ji has taken note of EOW ‘s intermittent absence from the mediation process and will adversely report the same to the Hon’ble SC. One further step towards exit payment has been taken yesterday and within four to five days we will see the public outcome of company’s efforts.

WEBSITE RESTART IS GOOD NEWS FOR ALL, REGARDING WEBSITE COMPANY WILL DEFINITELY INFORM AT LEAST 2-3 DAYS BEFORE. DEFINITELY COMPANY WILL SHARE THIS INFORMATION. ACCORDING TO ME, THEY WONT START WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT INFORMING ITS PANELISTS. I THINK REGARDING WEBSITE SOME UPDATES WILL COME IN NEXT WEEK.

Analysis – SAOL deposited 50 Crores in Supreme Court registrar

Greetings to All !!!

Many unauthenticated news and rumours are again floating today… The 50cr which Speakasia had deposited to SC registrar has been kept with them for 91 days…This means that this amount will be with them till 91 days and the interest shall be given to SAOL for 91 days which is great and positive news for our company … Note: Today after calculating the complete pending tax CBDT told SAOL to deposit approx 115cr as pending tax liability in SC and SAOL agreed upon it…To deposit the amount CBDT needs to give an affidavit to SC within 14 days time and SAOL will deposit as soon as the Affidavit comes to SC registrar and will deposit the said amount…Nothing to worry here as all these are legal formalities which are taking place for Business Restart and not for Payments….
Regarding Payments today there was a meeting in New Delhi and as everyone knows it was a closed door meeting the discussion happened regarding the Exit Option…Payouts…and even restart of the business at the earliest. The meeting update is again positive and yet to come…The meeting took place between company’s Management and Lahoti ji and some respected petitioners. Till now i did not get any updates regarding the meeting…will share with all once i get the confirmation
Please maintain patience till then and regarding the website we are expecting a Surprise that is yet to come…Delay is happening regarding the website as the database of all exit people and pop-up are going on for updation in the website…
This is not the complete news…its half news which is very positive and good for all of us.Till then please hold your breathe and stay with a positive attitude as this month will be good for all of us.

this Court dated 6th February, 2012, respondent Nos. 3 and 4
have deposited an amount of US $ 10 million by
way of a bank draft bearing DD No. 037002 dated
20th February, 2012 drawn on State Bank of India,
Singapore Branch in favour of “The Registrar,
Supreme Court of India” in the Registry of this
Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and
4 submits that this amount be deposited in a
fixed deposit for a period of 91 days initially
with the UCO Bank, Supreme Court Compound, on an
auto renewal basis.This request seems to be
reasonable and we order accordingly.

We also direct the Secretary General of this
Court to invest the amount today itself in the
UCO Bank, Supreme Court Compound for a period of
91 days on auto renewal basis.

With these directions,this application
stands disposed of. However, it is made clear
that the disbursement of the amount would be
subject to further orders of this Court.
Learned Additional Solicitor General
undertakes to file an affidavit.. She may do so
within a period of two weeks. Reply, if any,

These updates we got from some internal sources. We made call to some senior panelists, they have informed us that , company will restart business very soon. Some few formalities left to make payment. But there is no fixed date for that. According to him, first company will launch its website because some panelists not updated complete profile information, bank account number, etc.

सुबह में मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय में कल ३६११ / 2011 रिट AISPA सुना था और मामले को 23 फरवरी, 2012 तक स्थगित कर दिया गया. उत्तरदाताओं (EOW और नवनीत खोसला) करने के लिए जवाब है जो वे वास्तव में 23 जनवरी, 2012 के द्वारा दायर की थी में उनकी हलफनामा दायर करने के लिए पूछा गया. We should always remember four things.

1 : As we all are aware that SpeakAsia has said in Hon. Supreme Court that it wants to clear all it’s dues & restart it’s business.

2. The Hon. Supreme Court has observed & locked that it’s a dispute between parties aur the Hon. Supreme Court appointed hon. retired chief justice Mr. R. C. Lahoti to act as a mediator, so that this issue can be solved as soon as possible.

3. Judiciery always functioned in a pressure of excessive work load, that is why the whole thing can not be time bounded. But still our case is being processed faster in accordance with the time.
4 : Our money is safe.

हमें चार बातें हमेशा याद रखनी हैं !

1 : जैसा की सब जानते हैं कि स्पीक एशिया ने माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में यह कहा है कि हम पुनः व्यापार शुरू करना चाहते हैं और अपनी देनदारियां भी चुकता करना चाहते हैं !

2 : माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने इस मामले को जांच एजेंसियों और स्पीक एशिया के बीच विवाद माना है, और माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के एक विख्यात भूतपूर्व मुख्य जज माननीय श्रीमान आर. सी. लाहोटी जी को इस मामले में मध्यस्थ की ज़िम्मेदारी सौंपी, जिस से कि यह विवाद जितनी जल्दी हो सुलझाया जा सके !

3 : अदालतें हमेशां अत्यधिक काम के दबाव में कार्य करती हैं, इस लिए इस पूरी प्रक्रिया को समयबद्ध नहीं किया जा सकता ! परन्तु फिर भी हमारा मामला एक बेहतर गति में है !
4 : हमारा धन सुरक्षित है !

Supreme Court Latest order point to today’s date for data collection

Supreme Court Latest order Dated 06/Feb/2012 point to today’s date for data collection.

In the peculiar facts of this case we direct respondent no. 6 to provide print out of the data collected to the learned Mediator by 11/2/2012. We request the learned mediator to ascertain how much amount in fact is due and payable to the petitioners and other authorities. We direct the concerned respondents to deposit the amount indicated by the learned Mediator with the Secretary General of the Supreme Court within two weeks of the order of the learned Mediator. All the parties would be at liberty to participate in the proceedings before the learned Mediator.
According to this mediator Mr. R.C. Lahoti collects printed data from EOW because website control is with EOW. So mediator Mr. R.C. Lahoti collects panelists information, due and payable to the petitioners and other authorities. Then SpeakAsia should deposit money in supreme court registry within two weeks.

Even a Common man can understand that all 20 Lac People cannot approach Supreme Court for Justice, This was to be done by some people which has already been done and I would Like to draw Your Attention to One Big Point i.e. this Writ Petition No. 383/2011 in Supreme Court is Not Only Meant for 115 Panelists its for overall Indian Panelists…

Company is Not only fighting to repay back but their actual fight is to Restart The Business Operations in India as soon as possible…

One More thing Its not even possible for Supreme Court to call each person to court and settle their payment dispute because Here its not only Few persons , We are 20 Lacs in Number …

I am glad to write this blog because once in a lifetime I got this opportunity to associate myself with a Company having such a super powerful business model.
